In that situation, the sale contract is between you and that seller; The Fashion Corset Shop does not act as agent or principal for that sale unless expressly stated.

6. Order Acknowledgement and Acceptance

After you place an order, we will send an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received it. This acknowledgement alone does not constitute acceptance.

For purchases directly from The Fashion Corset Shop, the sale contract is formed when we accept your order and your payment has been approved and successfully charged through your chosen payment method, including a credit card, debit card or PayPal, where available.

A payment authorisation or temporary hold alone does not constitute acceptance of your order.

7. Pricing, Product Information and Availability

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, prices and other information on our website are accurate. However, errors, omissions or outdated information may occasionally occur.

If we identify an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order.
